CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Once a booking is confirmed, our 72 hour cancellation policy applies. 

• A minimum of 72 hours is required to cancel or change your booking with us. The deposit will be automatically forfeited if you fail to show up for an appointment or cancel it (for any reason) within 72 hours. 

• If the consultant must cancel, the full deposit will be refunded, or another appointment will be arranged, as agreed between the two parties. 

 

LATE ATTENDANCE 

• If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know where possible.  If you arrive late for your appointment, the consultant is under no obligation to extend the appointment time longer than originally scheduled. Especially if other clients are booked within the time. 

• If the consultant is running late, every effort will be made to communicate this with the client, prior to their arrival, and the consultation end time will be extended to accommodate the full appointment time.
